What we collect on this site

When you request pricing we keep your name, email, phone number, company and anything you write in the message box. When you create an account we keep your name, company, email and a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself). We set one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

What we use it for

To reply to your request by email or phone, and to run your account. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Pricing requests are kept while we're talking with you and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Account details are kept until you close the account.

The Fieldtrove software

The self-hosted editions run on your own computers or server; the searches, leads and notes you create there stay there and we don't receive copies. The online editions store your searches and lists on our service so you can use them; they're never shared with other customers.
